In today’s world, the pace of life is often overwhelming, leaving many feeling lost or uncertain about their place within it. As a psychotherapist, I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space where you can express your thoughts and emotions openly, free from societal pressures or preconceived judgments. This environment allows for the exploration of complex and deeply personal experiences, fostering insight, growth and allows one to take stock while exploring what change might look like.
Since 2013, I have worked extensively with individuals across diverse settings, honing my expertise in supporting those facing significant emotional and psychological challenges. My broad experience encompasses complex trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as difficulties in relationships, parenting struggles, grief and loss, addiction, eating disorders, and family dynamics. I am committed to providing a space where every individual can confront their pain, gain clarity, and begin the path to healing and self-understanding.
My approach is grounded in psychodynamic and relational principles, rooted in the belief that our past experiences profoundly shape how we navigate the present—our behaviours, emotions, and perceptions of the world. Central to the therapeutic process is the relationship between us, which serves as a powerful catalyst for meaningful change. In this dynamic, the therapeutic bond becomes a mirror and a vessel for deeper understanding, where patterns from the past are revealed and reworked. As relational beings, we are continually influenced by both our past and present connections, and it is through the exploration of these influences that lasting change can occur.
